Victoria Road

The clients at Victoria Road approached us to develop proposals to convert their three-storey townhouse in North West London into separate flats to be occupied by three generations of their family.

Through a feasibility study and pre-planning exercises, we helped the client to understand how best to divide the property from architectural, technical and market perspectives, how to maintain appropriate access, and how to achieve the highest quality and most efficient spaces. We led strategic exercises on costs and the implications of VAT to better understand the propositions of the brief.

Having explored various funding and procurement options to best meet the highly specific brief, we've now led the change to collaborate with an outside developer to unlock the scheme financially for the client. The proposals achieved Planning Permission in July 2018 and are moving into the technical design stage.
